Q. Who is TazelBox?

A. TazelBox offers subscription boxes that are very similar to care packages that are delivered to your doorstep. We include products such as skin care products, beauty products, facial masks, make up, stationery, snacks and cool beauty gadgets that you can easily use and also slide in your purse to add to your daily routines! We also blog about beauty, make up, food, traveling, music and style. At Tazelbox, not only do we want to create your ultimate care package, we also want to be your leading source to the latest make up news, style trends, music picks, product reviews as well as food and travel tips!

Q. What kind of subscription boxes do you offer and what products can I expect in my subscription box?

A.We offer our signature subscription box that include a variety of products- including but not limited to make up, hair products, perfumes, skin care products, hand creams, beauty gadgets, make up tools, snacks and stationery. All of the products in each box are either sample sized or mid sized.

Later on, we will be releasing subscription boxes that are customized to your personal preferences. By then, we will offer you a survey that you can take so that we know what scents, flavours or products that you prefer; as well as letting us know about anything that you might be allergic to. This way, we can customize your Tazelbox subscription box each month to your preferences. In the meantime, our signature subscription box aims to be your ultimate care package – a package that includes products that you would want to use when you want a relaxing night in; as well as products that you can use on the go!

Q. I want a subscription box with only lip products. Do you offer those kinds of boxes?

A. Because we are a new company, we currently do not offer subscription boxes with only a certain type of products. However, this is on our goals list to accomplish next year, so stay tuned!

Q. Do I need to take the survey to order the signature subscription box?

A. No, you do not need to take the survey in order to subscribe to our signature box! Because we are a new company, we are currently only offering the signature subscription box. Our signature subscription box will include a large variety of products that will be your ultimate care package!

You would not need to take a survey to order our signature subscription box but later on, we will be coming out with customized subscription boxes. With the customized subscription box, if you would like a box that caters more to your preferences in terms of scents, flavours and product choices, we will have a survey that you can take. That way, we can mail you your very own subscription boxes based on your preferences listed in our survey!

Q. How many types of Tazelbox subscription boxes do you have?

A. We currently only offer our signature subscription box as we are a new company that only launched this year. However, we plan to have our customizable subscription boxes available early next year!

Q. Do you have subscription boxes for men?

A. We currently do not have a specific subscription box that caters to men. However, our signature subscription box includes a lot of unisex skin care products, bath products, snacks and stationery that anyone can use! But fear not, we do plan on releasing subscription boxes catered to men early next year as well!

Q. When I can expect my package to arrive?

A. Your package will arrive monthly should you choose to go with our monthly subscription box service and you will receive in the middle of each month. The time to process your order is 3 to 5 business days, and delivery time (depending on your location) can vary from 5 to 15 business days. However, we do not have control over postal services and holidays – should that be the case the delivery times might vary; we hope you understand!

Q. Will I receive customs charges?

A. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Q. Are there any exchanges and returns available?

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on subscription boxes that you have already received. However, if you have a concern regarding your subscription box, or an item that you have received in your subscription box, please contact our customer service team at info@tazelbox.com and they will help you with the best of their abilities!

Q. How I renew, change or cancel my subscription?

A. You will have to contact our customer service team at info@tazelbox.com in order to help you with either of these requests! Our customer service team will respond to your inquiry in 1 to 2 business days, thank you for your patience!
